Thank-you for being patient with a rather rigid format. The reason behind this format is to permit a simple text version to be automatically parsed to create a version for the Web. We plan to store your work in simple text and to derive a web version according to current browser support.

Note that for each section the title appears in all-caps before the sepcific information, and that there is an empty line before and after that information. Each author is followed by his or her specific affiliation on the subsequent line. List the authors in the order that you wish them to appear in the article. For each author, list the appropriate affiliations as you wish them to appear in the published version. You may suggest as many Key Words as you like. Use commas to separate key words and do not double space. The contact information is not published but will be used by the Editors as the manuscript is being edited.
